How do I apply for a franchise package?
For your food cart franchise application, you have two (2) options:
Option 1. Recommended
Step 1: Set an appointment to have a FREE and NO COMMITMENT orientation with the franchise consultant.
Step 2: Decide what food cart franchise package you want. Fill-up application form and sketch of location.
Step 3: Pay the food cart franchise package through cash, credit card or check.
Step 4: Attend Food cart franchise seminar. Wednesday 12nn or Saturday 9am.
Step 5: Submit a valid ID and sign food cart franchise agreement.
Step 6: Schedule release of food cart franchise package. Pick up or Delivery.
Step 7: Operate.
Option 2. Online Food Cart Franchise Application Process
Step 1: Contact us for guidelines on applying for a food cart franchise.
Step 2: Select a food cart franchise package from the the catalog that we will send to your email.
Step 3: Pay through our company's BDO or Metrobank account.
Step 4: Email a scan of the deposit slip and a scan of your valid picture at [email protected]
Step 5: Follow up within two days for the progress of your applications.
Step 6: Contract and all necessary papers will be sent via lbc.
Step 7: Wait for the release of food cart franchise package. Terminal-to-Terminal Delivery.
Step 8: Operate.

Barangay Micro-Business Enterprise (BMBE) Act of 2002 (RA 9178)
A barangay micro Business enterprise is engaged in production, processing or manufacturing of products as well as trading and services with a total assets of 3 million.
Such as assets include those arising from loans but not the land on which the plant or equipment located
Incentives:
Income tax Exemption from income arising from the operation of the enterprise
Exemption from the coverage of the Minimum wage law, but employees will receive social security and health care benefits
Priority to a special credit window set up especially for the financing requirements of a BMBE.
How to Register:
a. Get Application from office of the Treasurer of the City or Municipality where the business is located
b. Submit accomplished form with 3 passport size ID pictures
c. A registered BMBE gets a Certificate of Authority effective for one year
4. BIR registration Certification no. and Tax identification no. (TIN) (www.bir.gov.ph)
5. Social Security System (www.sss.gov.ph)
An employer or any person who uses services of another person in business, trade, industry or any undertaking must be registered with the SSS
Social, civic professional, charitable and other non-profit organization which hire the services of employees are considered "employers".
FRANCHISING PROCEDURES

3. Pay the Franchise/Package of your choice
4. Signing of the Franchise Contract
5. Release of franchise package (3-4 weeks upon full payment)

For DISTANT PROVINCES
you can purchase any of these Franchise Packages without travelling to Manila. You can pay the company through METROBANK or BDO. The package will be delivered to you via FEDEX/DHL on your charge.
LOGISTICS
For nearby provinces such as Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, etc. you can contact the distributors at your place. After the purchase of franchise, you would be informed if there are any distributors in your place.

Q: What do you look for in a potential Franchisee?
A: A potential dealer should be willing to invest money, willing to find a good location for the unit, and willing to follow set standards. Potential dealer should possess an entrepreneurial spirit and the commitment to push sales of products.
Q: How can a potential dealer apply for a Franchise?
A: A potential dealer can inquire about the Franchise opportunity via telephone, fax, email, and personal visit.
The potential dealer should provide the following requirements in order to facilitate the application process: completed application form, photograph and location map of proposed site.
Application forms can be obtained from and submitted to, Greenhills, San Juan City.
Q: How much does Franchise cost? What is included in the Franchisee fee?
A: For a cart Php26,888.00 up to P250,000.00 (for Pick up Center or Distributors Package)
The Franchise fee is inclusive of the following: cart with signages and equipment. There are no annual franchise fees, no royalty fees and no store-opening fees.
Also, the franchise fee includes the license which allows the dealer to operate and use the trademark of Franchise. The Franchise Cart terms is three (3) years.
Q: When does the dealer have to pay the fee?
A: Once dealer’s application is approved, franchisee needs to sign a franchise contract and pay the required franchise fee.
Q: How long does it take to open a Franchise shop?
A: The Franchise business development process takes 3 to 4 weeks. The activities include processing of applications, construction of the cart, equipment and materials preparation and training.
Q: How many units can a single franchisee own?
A: A single franchisee can own multiple units for as long as they can pay the necessary fees for the said units and observe the standard operation procedures set by Franchisor.
Q: Where can dealers locate their Franchise Outlet?
A: Franchisee can locate in high foot traffic areas. They can sell in schools, malls, bazaars and during special events. The company will ensure that no two Franchise outlet are located within 500 meter radius to dealers can fully realize the returns of his investment and not compete with another Franchisee.
In cases wherein the unit is located within a building which has a potential for expansion within or around the said location, the dealer is given the right of first refusal to proposals which shall arise in the future.
Q: What is the dimension of the cart and area requirement?
A: The cart has the following dimensions:
Height 7 ft.
Width 2 ft.
Length 3 ft.
Area requirement: 2.5 m. x 2.5 m.
Q: How much can a franchisee earn?
A: Franchisee profitablity depends highly on where he locates his cart. Gross margin is estimated at 40%.
In order for franchisee to recoup his expenses (cost of goods, rental, depreciation, utilities and labor), he needs to sell about P2,500 per day (assuming rental is at P10,000 per month).

Q: What kind of training will the Franchisee receive?
A: The franchisee and his manpower pool will be trained in basic cart operation and product handling by Franchisor personnel.
Who will be responsible in the recruitment and training of the personnel?
Franchisee shall source, screen and select the required personnel. For Cart operation minimum of one (1) person per shift.
Franchisee will conduct certain training programs which the dealer and his personnel must personally attend and successfully complete before they are allowed to operate and/or manage the unit.
Q: What products will be sold in the Franchise outlet? At what price would the products be sold?
A: For the cart operation, all Franchise products.
Franchisee is not allowed to sell any other food item other than those specified by Franchise.
Franchisee will provide the standard price list of the products indicating the dealer’s selling price to the consumers. Franchisee shall peg the prices of such products according to the targetted profitability rates that will provide reasonable returns to the dealer.
Q: How will Franchisee ensure product quality and standard of operations are being upheld?
A: Franchisee will designate employees and agents who shall audit shop operations on the basis of Franchisee's approved standards on service, product quality, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, atmosphere, etc.
Delivery of Products- Within Metro Manila - Minimum of 3,500 worth of products.
- Nearby Metro Manila - (Cavite, Rizal, Laguna and Bulacan) Minimum of P5,000 to P7,000 worth of products
- Provinces - Freight Charge will be shouldered by the franchisee

Food carts with same concepts must be 500 meter radius away from each other

Documents needed for stall application can be made available upon request.
Contract
Products dealership is lifetime, provided that you have to renew your contract every (3) years for the minimal cost of the notary fee only.
